Review - Training and Personal Development: Team working with Miles Duncan, ActionCOACH

Getting two for the price of one, Miles Duncan, Business Coach and Willie Donald, Executive Coach, from the world's number 1 business coaching firm, ActionCOACH, presented an interactive and informative seminar on team working to a receptive audience.  Bringing a wealth of experience from working in industry and coaching teams through ActionCOACH, they highlighted what makes a team successful and how we each play our part in achieving our team's goals.  They also considered what makes a team dysfunctional.  It was easy to recognise the examples of good and not so good teams in your working life.  This was a thought-provoking seminar encouraging each of us to look at the way we operate as team members and if we are the team leader, to focus on how we interact with our team.  Miles emphasised that good team workers focus on knowing themselves and understanding how those around them like to work and the use of DISC profiling could be beneficial.  This was an excellent seminar with passionate speakers providing real insight into how we can each become more effective in the teams which we work.
