Each training session is individual so you can pick and choose what you would like to attend.

As well as the local and conference based training opportunities, there are international training programmes run by the JCI university; there are a number of courses in the following areas:
Presenting (JCI Presenter)
Delivering training courses (JCI Trainer)
Designing training courses (JCI Designer)
Developing as a leader (JCI Lead or Leadership Academy)
Developing your local chamber (JCI Achieve)

These courses are all run by certified JCI trainers (To become a JCI certified trainer you must go through various stages of assisting, running and designing training courses around the world.  Please ask for more information if this is something you would be interested in).

The informal training which you can receive is "learning by doing".  The best way to learn new skills is by getting practical experience.  Through JCI you can get involved in or run projects and programmes which will help you develop your skills by adding to your experience and to your CV.  There are always members around who are willing to help or provide coaching and support just ask us how you can get involved.
